Lasenta Boutique Hotel Hoian

This was our second time staying at the hotel. We love its location-over looking the rice fields and a short bicycle into town.

Beautiful and calming to wake up to rice paddy fields. I like that it was so close to the bustling part of Hoi A but not in it. The bikes they have for free were a perfect way to get around.

Loved everything about this hotel. Beautiful and clean room, pool with an amazing view, great breakfast, and great staff.

The way I was treated.

The guy at the bike rental was very helpful and had a great smile always. The bell boy was also very friendly and helpful- didn’t get his name.The hotel was beautiful and the room was very comfortable.They rent free bikes.

The omelette guy at the breakfast bar was very unfriendly and looked mad. My husband and I both felt his bad vibes even though we went to him separately.The shuttle service was limited and was quite a walk to the city center.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and had all the needed amenities. The breakfast had plenty of choices. I highly recommend!

Looks Beautiful from Afar, But a Strange and Uncomfortable Stay

At first glance, the hotel looks stunning especially in photos and from the outside. But once you’re inside, the experience shifts. The pool is way too hot to swim, and there’s something unsettling about how quickly the charm fades. Towels were badly stained, there was no soap at the kitchen sink, and the breakfast water was lukewarm. The comforter had stains marked, the floors were dirty, and the bedding felt cheap and lumpy.There was no trash can in the room, the phone barely worked, and the omelet chef was rude. Staff members would grab bags out of your hands without asking, leading to strange little tug-of-wars that felt intrusive rather than helpful. Security felt questionable when the front desk handed me an extra room key without any verification I was actually staying in the room.The room was sweltering at 34 degrees, and the warped floorboards made walking barefoot uncomfortable so you have to wear shoes indoors. Even the elevator had no air-conditioning. If something went wrong, you’d honestly worry about overheating before help arrived.Overall, it had a strange, almost eerie vibe like everything looked fine on the surface but just didn’t sit right. Wouldn’t return.

The pool was lovely with an amazing view out over the rice fields. Breakfast was fabulous and the staff were excellent at making hot chocolate!

It's not well sound proofed. Sound travels throughout the hotel - from rooms next door, above, below, along - which is unfortunate when so many other aspects are very good.

The hotel was in an excellent location only 5 minutes away in a taxi. The pool was fabulous and the rooms were spacious and the air condition was great. The staff was so helpful and kind especially Rita, Alex, Ann and James.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Although the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it offers a quieter environment. Our room didn’t have a notable view, though it’s possible that other rooms might offer a better perspective. Breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff were courteous. Overall, it’s a solid option depending on what you are looking for

Absolutely stunning hotel with incredible service. Located a short walk from the city centre so a very convenient location but also peaceful. The swimming pool with view over the rice paddies was a highlight, and the buffet breakfast was also great!

Loved our stay. Facilities are awesome and great value. Family of 6 we had interconnected rooms with an extra bed. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool area is stunning. Staff are very lovely. It was closer to old town than I thought. Can ride bikes or get shuttle or very cheap grab. Would definitely stay again.

Best hotel of our trip - beautiful decor, rooftop pool with view of the rice paddies, great location near rice paddies, free bikes provided, great buffet breakfast, excellent value. Special.

Great hotel within a couple of minutes of Hoi An old town.The SPA was well priced and staff were welcoming and professional.Rooms and amenities were clean and staff very helpful.Great view over the rice fields.Golf simulator was not operational yet when we stayed but it is not far from completion.

Everything was perfection! The staff, An, Rita and Summer were so so helpful! The location is perfectly situated so that you feel the combination of being in the country side at the rice fields and yet you’re right near the city action and festivities. It’s clean, beautiful and comfortable!

Nothing not to like

A beautiful hotel with a lovely pool, delicious breakfast buffet and clean, comfortable rooms.The staff were all so friendly but a special mention must go to Leo who very kindly helped us out of a difficult situation!Also loved the free shuttle to the Old Town and Ang Bang Beach.

Would be good if the shuttle ran more frequently. It is a 20-minute walk to the Old Town which isn't too bad, but can be challenging on a hot day.

This is the perfect hotel for a stay in Hoi AnWe loved every thing about this hotel .We had a suite on the top floor , it was perfect, the staff were amazing .We used the hotel shuttle bus to go to the beach and back as well as the town The breakfast was plentiful with so much to choose from, I will return
